Delivery Process
Our delivery process is predicated on a close working relationship with business stakeholders. We maximize early business value by working with our clients to determine the most urgent and complex needs and focus on these first. This also allows us to iron out as many design and architectural issues as possible early in the project. Our collaborative and continuous style of planning allows us to co-ordinate with the various business, technology and operations groups, and to identify risks, issues and dependencies in short order.
Our clients drive the functional objectives and priorities of the solution (the WHAT) for the next iteration while our project team determines the tasks and estimated effort (the HOW) to achieve these objectives. The Lab49 team then executes the iteration providing real-time updates and transparency back to our clients. The iteration results in a demonstration (and deployment when needed) of the production-quality increment of the solution which in turn feeds back into the planning for the next iteration.
